The misspelling is deliberate, and was initially a reference to an inside joke I have with my Dad.

The joke began the morning I received a message from my now-university, offering me a place on their astrophysics course. I ran to my Dad (my physics buddy), and told him the news. To those who aren’t Irish, and might not be aware: Irish Dads are legally not allowed to congratulate their kids outright, lest they develop Notions. How my Dad communicated his congratulations to me was by saying “you’re gonna be a “physicicist”, then? A “physicicicicicicist?””. And I was like, yeah, that’s exactly what I’m gonna be.

This was around the same timeframe as I first made my TikTok, and so, that became my username. I like the idea that it brings in a little whimsy and unseriousness to a subject that can be really daunting for a lot of people.

However, I sometimes get sent workings and proofs that I can’t look over. Often, these are not my area of expertise. If you feel you have found something new, you should talk to someone who is an expert, like a professor or a professional in that field - not some rando chick on the internet. I’m probably not going to be helpful to you.
